Awesome Skate Park!

During my stay, I had a blast using the skate park! It was a fantastic addition to the Surf Ranch experience. The atmosphere was lively, and I loved seeing fellow guests enjoying the space while we skated. The park really adds a unique vibe to the resort.

Delicious Dining Experience!

I enjoyed the all-inclusive dining package, and I must say, the food was excellent! One of the best meals I had was a beef burrito. The options were plentiful, and the service was prompt. It was well worth it to indulge in all the dining offerings!

Relaxing Poolside Atmosphere

My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While the location offered a quiet retreat just minutes from downtown, the service overall felt lacking and disorganized. I encountered issues with the room assignment, but once settled, it was relatively comfortable. The dining experience was hit or miss with some dishes not meeting expectations, but the pool area was definitely a highlight. Overall, it has potential but there are significant areas for improvement.

My stay at this resort was disappointing, marked by unprofessional service and outdated facilities. The rooms initially assigned to us were already occupied, leading to unnecessary stress, and although we eventually got upgraded to a 'villa,' it was lacking true comfort with one room covered in ants. The remote location added to our frustrations, as additional transportation costs quickly piled up. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Our stay had its ups and downs. We enjoyed the beautiful, nature-filled surroundings and the convenience of a shuttle to town. However, the all-inclusive experience wasn't what we expected due to menu restrictions, and our room issues were frustrating.
